Job Description

Our ambition is to transform the Marketing and Communications (M&C) function – making it a truly metric driven function that enhances BCG’s performance. As a critical member of the Global M&C Team, you will work with the Global M&C Transformation Director, the M&C leadership, and our HR Business Partner to help resource our M&C campaigns/activations. You will also play a pivotal role in spearheading and executing engagement programs for M&C employees world-wide.

Responsibilities:

• Project coordination of marketing and people initiatives across the function
• Support HRBP and L&D specialist in conducting new M&C employee onboarding
• Support in the content creation for key people communication materials to be used internally
• Develop and execute plans to improve employee engagement, culture, and satisfaction across M&C organization

Requirements:

• Strong capabilities to structure content into PowerPoint decks
• Strong analytical skills
• Quantitative skills, including intermediate experience with Excel
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, with demonstrated ability to identify, analyse, and solve problems
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure, and work across time zones
