Position Title: Retail Support

Job Description

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for project work and carrying out root cause analysis to help develop and explore solutions.

Successful candidates will have significant experience within the workplace, preferably retail, or a relevant degree, and ideally have experience working with data, statistics and analysis and business management knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Generate ideas and present recommendations, using findings and research data
• Undertake time and motion studies when required
• Support the Central Operations Team with administrative duties as required
• Identify and report issues
• Visit stores to test solutions and gather feedback and results from trials
• Test theories to determine business benefit
• Analyse retail data to determine where improvements can be made

Requirements:

• Significant experience in the workplace, preferably retail, or a relevant degree
• Computer literate; Word; Excel; PowerPoint
• Good numerical skills and able to present data visually
• Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, reports and presentations
• A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills and a real ‘can do’ attitude
• Friendly, professional and approachable
