Position Title: Sales Recovery Co-Worker

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a ‘can do attitude’, be able to multi-task, be cost conscious and have a ‘customer first’ mentality be that with other co-workers in collaboration to support our customers every need. We are looking for someone who is passion about the IKEA product range and has a good understanding of basic sales principles, and has retail experience and a customer first mindset/focus.

Responsibilities:

  • You contribute to improving our customers shopping experience, by supporting the prevention of unnecessary costs related to our products and improving their quality.
  • Your daily tasks include the responsibility to decide and act on how to handle products that have been returned by our customers, that have been damaged in the store or that in any other way are not possible to offer to our customers.
  • This you do by keeping the financial result and environmental impact in mind.

Requirements:

  • Strong Marketing and e-commerce experience
  • Experience of Google Analytics or equivalent
  • Wireframing, user experience, and customers journey mapping
  • Experience in driving output within the set scope and following up results
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, content creation and copywriting or similar
  • Experience in using Adobe design programs
  • Experience of visual analytics platform (Content square experience preferred)
  • Formal qualifications in Marketing
