Responsibilities:

• Be able to deal with challenging customers and scenarios
• Supporting with Online Orders, Payments, in-store Deliveries, Online deliveries, Bonus Card enquiries, Store enquiries, General questions etc.
• Resolve issues in an effective and timely manner
• Take ownership of your customers and enquiries

Requirement:

• Your role is to ensure that you deliver great standards and a store to be proud of whilst making sure that our customers have the best experience when shopping with us.
