Job Description

You will need to be able to demonstrate a knowledge of legislation and guidance relevant to adult social care service but with specific relevance to people with Older People including knowledge of supporting people who use services and their carers. Previous experience and knowledge of working across diverse cultures and religions and utilising local community resources is also essential.

Responsibilities:

• Please note that this post is a permanent job share post whereby two post holders share in the performance of the duties of one established post.
• Therefore, in this instance the successful post holder will share their duties with the existing post holder.
• This post is 14 hours per week working on a Monday and Tuesday each week with hours of 9:30-17:00.

Requirements:

• Please note that the salary quoted is full time equivalent and if successful the salary received will be paid on a pro–rata basis.
• This, however, is an hourly rate starting at £13.44.
