Job Description
The Facilities Management Team at Lancashire County Council are looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaning Operative who is required to carry out cleaning and laundry duties at variety of Care Homes and Day Centres in the Preston and Ormskirk area.
Responsibilities:
- Lancashire County Council provide vital Residential and Day Care Services to the people of Lancashire.
- These services provide a safe, secure environment that allows older people as much independence as possible while supporting a range of care needs.
- The Facilities Management team carry out cleaning and laundry at all of Residential Care Homes and Day Centres.
- Keeping these buildings and personal possessions clean is critically important to everyone who uses these facilities.
Requirements:
- High standards of cleaning are expected and so prior experience is desirable; however full training and ongoing support will be provided.
