Position Title: Pharmacy Process Specialist

Job Description:
The new NEPR programme will change the way we work across Nuffield Health and put in place a new technology-enabled operating model for our hospitals, replacing many of the manual and paper/location-reliant processes with an integrated and flexible patient-centric approach, supported by internet-enabled technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate that the configuration, workflows and data support Nuffield Health’s pathways and target way of working
- Assessing the current ‘As is’ at each site for area of clinical expertise. Managing overall ‘functional’ change profile for area of expertise. Developing compelling change communications content to explain anticipated change and build positive anticipation.
- Design and plan of holistic end to end solution validation
- Responsible for testing the solution(s), ensuring the system is usable, clinically sound, and ready to implement before going live in a pilot site
- Be involved in the development of training materials, and delivery of end-user training, preparing Nuffield Health staff for go-live across the hospital network.
- Documentation / Mapping of end to end clinical processes
Requirements:
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver required standard
- Good IT knowledge and experience
- Strong attention to detail is an essential quality for this role.
- MPharm Pharmacy or equivalent
- High level of communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and an aptitude to learn, analyse and problem solve as well as the ability to win “hearts and minds” to support the vision of the NEPR Project
- Relevant clinical qualification/ experience
