Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Personal Loans Team within the Consumer Finance Division. Joining our growing team, where there is a real focus on teamwork and supporting each other to achieve individual and team targets. You will be speaking to existing or potential customers on a daily basis to guide them through their Personal Loan journey. This position will report directly in the Personal Loans Team Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing and responding to customers via our digital platforms
• Building rapport quickly with the customer, in order to convert leads into sales, by guiding applicants through the loan application process, ensuring the applicant is fully aware of the features and benefits of the product in a compliant and non-advised manner, enabling them to make an informed decision.
• Promptly actioning incoming mail in the team’s Email inbox which can range from admin duties to responding to general enquiries
• Provide resolutions to outstanding queries and respond to enquiries regarding the completion of a Personal Loan application

• Ability to listen and build rapport and understanding with customers
• Confident in converting leads into sales across all communication channels
• Excellent interpersonal skills
