Our Public sector team focuses on the opportunities that exist with Government, Health and Non-Profit organisations to make a difference; As we continue our growth we are hiring a Senior Bid Writer to help position AND as one of the Public Sector’s key digital providers, delivering value to UK citizens.

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with high level of written English
• Demonstrably able to follow a bid process, constructing and executing bid plans through to contract award
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to juggle priorities and motivate a multidisciplinary bid team
• Ability to unpack complex questions and establish win themes for opportunities
• Strong ability to create compelling answers and proposals that address key client requirements
• High level of attention to detail, with experience in independently pulling together error-free proposals with multiple contributors in line with client requirements
• Ability to synthesise complex information into tangible, results-driven case studies
• Experience providing constructive proposal/presentation reviews, ensuring alignment to client RFP and scoring details

Requirements:

• Experience in public sector framework bid specifics, for example, G-Cloud, DOS opportunity responses (Stage 1 and Stage 2)
• Understanding of, or experience working in, Agile methodologies and how they contribute to successful programme delivery
• Baseline knowledge of key digital technologies and the roles involved in delivering digital services for public sector organisations
• Knowledge of Government digital ambitions and the role of professional services companies in delivering them
• Commercial awareness of pricing models and key contractual terms
