Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.

It is anticipated that, following the conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes. 

Responsibilities:

• Determine global product and platform strategy, in collaboration with business partners, to streamline and automate applicable end-to-end processes
• Create connected digital ecosystems by working with architects to shape current and future state architectures for Quality Management digital ecosystems
• Responsible for maintaining compliance on all Quality Management products & platforms and related data assets; providing leadership and technical acumen about operating Quality Management solutions in a regulated environment
• Support Data Excellence teams and the business in curating quality data to deliver analytics and insights broadly across the organization
• Inspire creativity, innovative thinking, and new approaches to deploy quality products and platforms in ways that create unique, highly engaging, connected customer and employee experiences
• Build and maintain strong working relationships and partnerships with strategic technology 3rd parties and vendors

Requirements:

• 10+ years of managing a diverse set of global systems, working with Quality Management Systems
• Experience with capability delivery with strong end-to-end ownership, in the Digital space
• Strong product technology background; strong understanding of platform thinking and global experience delivering global platforms while tailoring for regional/local markets
• Experience leading large-scale global transformation initiatives with enterprise-level impact; programs with extensive cross-functional technology & business involvement
• Ability to interface with required business counterparts
• Has an innovative, agile, and high-performing teaming mindset
