Job Description

Civil Aerospace has deployed a new Management System – ARIS as part of the RRMS Revolution project. This is the first step in creating a world class integrated management system. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to join the Civil RRMS Centre of Excellence to support and own aspects of Civil Aerospace Management System and deliver improvements in line with the wider RRMS Revolution strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Support, develop and deploy strategy for the management system in the Civil Aerospace. Also, support Programme Management to help Process Owners deliver objectives
• Own and develop the Centre of Excellence deployment and build a community of practice to assure method capability
• Coach the new industry standard process methodology.
• Drive and lead improvement of the processes from minimum standard to best practice

Requirements:

• Experience influencing without authority
• Programme Management experience would be desirable
• Leading cross functional IPTs
• Delivering improvement projects
