Responsibilities:

• Check and verify that quality requirements have been achieved in accordance with Arcadis systems
• Contribute to the resolution of modelling issues on projects
• Successfully complete assigned BIM modelling work within budget and deadlines
• Check and verify that quality requirements have been achieved in accordance with the standards in place.
• Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan
• Undertake production checking, of work in progress to ensure that it meets design intent
• Keep informed of innovation and new technology in order to improve workflows and create efficiencies
• Attend knowledge network to support Arcadis knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Proficient with 3D parametric modeling in Revit and AutoCAD and have the ability to mentor others
• Ability to produce models from point cloud data and survey data.
• Have an understanding of the modelling of multiple elements of a project and how it ultimately interfaces with the client
• Responsible for model and drawing delivery and ensuring compliance with project and company standards.
• Knowledge of the BIM and Information Management Standards and Processes (ISO19650)
• Experience of working in Common data environments – preferably Projectwise
• Have knowledge of CDM Regulations and the use of hazard identification and risk assessment during design development.
• Have an knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and guidelines
• Proficient in relevant desktop applications
