Responsibilities:

• Operate at a senior level in collaboration with global programme, stakeholder, supplier, and key project and business personnel to ensure the successful implementation of Maconomy Core in the LATAM region
• Take ownership of ensuring all data migration activities (legacy data analysis, mapping, ETL development, cleansing, validation, and transfer) are carried out to best practice, global template, high standards and on time
• Work across multiple functional workstreams to understand data usage and implications for data migration
• Quality test the full data conversion process
• Oversee the management/development of migration dress rehearsals, data migration cutover plan and post go-live support for any data issues
• Manage, mentor and be responsible for the development for the LATAM country data leads to ensure they are proficient on the data conversion processes and associated high risk areas.
• Work closely and guide the SSC and Data Teams to ensure they have understood the remit and working to the correct strategy

Requirements:

• Appreciation of developing fit for purpose solutions
• Background in large data conversion projects, with multiple data sources from varying data models
• An in-depth experience of developing data and reporting structures and standards including appreciation of best practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• A very good knowledge of finance and accounting
• Demonstrable experience of operating in complex, multi business, language, and geographic environments to deliver timely outcomes
• Knowledge of ERPs / Finance systems essential – Maconomy preferable
