Job Description

We are seeking a Global Operational Change Manager to lead and own the global change management function, developing the change governance framework for WPP IT working with our SIAM partner, and other providers and stakeholders across the organization. Working under the direction of the Global Service Strategy & Design lead Management, you will be responsible to ensure that required governance is developed, embedded and followed, reducing risk and service for the business. This is also a critical enabling governance function which must allow our transformational organizations to be agile in delivery even as the safety of the delivery is assured as safe to deploy.

Responsibilities:

• Be the process owner of operational change as you define and embed ITSM change governance for WPP IT globally
• Manage the global team of Operational change managers
• Working with SIAM and other partners, manage operational change for WPP IT globally.
• Be the owner of change management for ITSM tooling (Service Now)
• Be responsible for the integration of wider WPP business and teams into the change process.
• Working with SIAM and other partners, build the operational governance, CAB’s and service reviews for global change.
• Work with colleagues in Service Management to embed change management in other lifecycle processes.
• Manage and govern partners and suppliers for operational change – service management & review.
• Build and provide training on operational change management for partners and those that need to engage in the change process.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with 3rd party vendors
• Experience of operational change in a global multi vendor setting
• Be a great communicator, written and oral
• Strong technical background
• Have a fantastic and energetic can-do attitude, embracing of huge challenges
