We have more than 6,000 people in our organisation. As the seventh largest police force in England and Wales, we serve a population of more than 1.65 million, across a large and diverse area. And, while we have more than 3,000 police officers, PCSOs and special constables, you might be surprised to know they make up around half of our workforce.
