National Express is the UK’s largest scheduled coach operator.
We deliver 20m passenger journeys each year, and we are growing.

We are headquartered in Birmingham, with locations across the country. Our national network serves over 750 UK towns and cities. We run round-the-clock services to the UK's major airports and our festival and events services take customers to sporting and music events as well as festivals.

Coaches are essential to a strong and well-connected national transport network and we work hard to grow the coach market to enhance the UK’s transport offer.

Safety is our number one priority. Our fleet has market-leading safety features and we work across our entire business to drive safety improvements. In 2018, we received both The British Safety Council’s prestigious Sword of Honour safety award and the ROSPA Gold Award for safety for the fourth consecutive year.
